November Executive Board Meeting

This is a sisterly reminder about our upcoming Executive Board meeting.

Important:

1. If you are unable to attend and haven’t informed me yet, please do so by Monday, October 27, 2025 at 5:30 PM.

2. If you need to submit a report but cannot attend, please arrange for someone to represent you and present your report. Please note that if you do not present your report during the executive board, the report will not be made during the chapter meeting unless there are extenuating circumstances.

3.Please include a brief summary with key metrics for any events your committee has already held. Also, share details and plans for your next two upcoming events. If there are any items that require a vote—such as funding requests, date changes, or new event proposals—be sure to report those as well.

4. If you don’t have a report to share, you won’t need to present.

For accurate record keeping, please ensure all reports are sent to Soror Sara Parks, Recording Secretary at wwarecsecretary@gmail.com and copy me.

Please note that all Committee Presentation Reports are due by 5pm Sunday before Chapter meeting. Please send those to Soror Kourtnye Ladson and Soror Bianca Lambert at wwatechnologyteam.com and copy me.

As a reminder:

• Chapter members are welcomed to attend the Executive Board meeting as guests; however, they may not speak on (debate) pending issues or have the right to vote.
• The definition of the Executive Board and who votes.  The Chapter Mgmt Handbook only speaks to Elected and appointed positions plus standing committee chairs.
• It does not identify Special Committees and Ad-Hoc Committees as voters.  They are invited but not voting members of the executive board.
• For those committees who have multiple chairs: only one vote per committee.
