President's Welcome

Greetings and welcome to the virtual home of the Wondrous Western Wake Alumnae Chapter (WWA) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, proudly serving the communities of Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs and Morrisville in Wake County, North Carolina.

Chartered on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, with 37 visionary members, WWA has grown substantially over the years, including the induction of new Sorors into this illustrious sisterhood. Our chapter remains deeply committed to the Sorority’s founding principles of Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action.

Today, our diverse and dedicated membership continues to make a meaningful impact through innovative programming, educational outreach, and civic engagement. As we enter the 2025–2027 biennium, we are excited to build upon our strong foundation by expanding our reach, deepening our partnerships, and elevating our service to the community.

We graciously invite community members, partners, and visitors to explore our website regularly for updates on events and initiatives designed to uplift and empower. Your support is invaluable, and we thank you for standing with us in our mission.

To our fellow sorors seeking a chapter home, we welcome you to consider Western Wake. We are a multigenerational chapter representing a wide range of backgrounds and professions.
