January Executive Board Meeting

I hope this message finds you well. As we prepare to begin the 2026–2027 Sorority Year, we are excited and looking forward to a successful year of impactful sisterhood, service, scholarship and social action.

This is a sisterly reminder of our upcoming virtual Executive Board Meeting on Tuesday, December 29, 2026, at 6:45 PM.

Important Reminders:

1. Committee Report Form:
   Please use the following link to access the committee report form: Committee Report Form. As a sisterly reminder, please make a copy of the document and save it to your committee’s shared drive before entering any information. This will help ensure your committee maintains its own records and preserves the original template for future use.

2. If you are unable to attend and have not yet notified me, please do so by Sunday, December 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
3. If you are scheduled to present a report but cannot attend, please arrange for a designee to present on behalf of your committee. Reports not presented at the Executive Board will not be included during the Chapter Meeting unless extenuating circumstances exist.
4. Committee reports should include:
   • A brief summary and key metrics from completed events.
   • Plans and details for your next two upcoming events.
   • Any items requiring a vote, including funding requests, date changes, or new event proposals. Please keep reports concise and limited to relevant information.
5. If you do not have a report, no presentation is required.

For accurate record keeping, please submit all reports to Soror Sara Parks, Recording Secretary at wwarecsecretary@gmail.com and copy me by 5:00 PM on Sunday, December 27, 2026.

Please also remember that all Committee Presentation Reports are due by 5:00 PM on the Sunday before the Chapter Meeting. Submit them to Soror Kourtnye Ladson and Soror Bianca Lambert via WWA Technology Team and copy me.

Executive Board Meeting Reminders:

• Chapter members may attend Executive Board meetings as guests; however, they may not debate pending issues or vote.
• Voting members of the Executive Board are elected and appointed officers and standing committee chairs as defined in the Chapter Management Handbook.
• Special Committees and Ad Hoc Committees are welcome to attend but are not voting members.
• Committees with multiple chairs are allotted one vote per committee.
