Our GO RED Luncheon was a powerful reminder that caring for our hearts is both necessary and transformative. The room was filled with energy, intention, and community as we gathered to shine a light on women’s heart health.
Heart disease remains the #1 cause of death for women, claiming nearly 1 in 5 female lives each year. Yet up to 80% of cardiovascular disease is preventable with awareness, education, and lifestyle changes. That’s why this conversation matters.
We were honored to hear from our incredible special guests who poured into us with knowledge and practical insight. From understanding how heart disease uniquely impacts women, to recognizing symptoms, managing stress, and making heart-smart nutrition choices — the information shared was empowering and actionable. Their expertise reminded us that prevention starts with awareness and continues with intentional daily choices.
The fellowship was warm, the food nourished both body and spirit, and the commitment to healthier living was evident throughout the afternoon.
Thank you to everyone who wore red, showed support, and leaned into this important conversation. Together, we are building healthier hearts and stronger communities.
Red isn’t just a color. It’s a commitment.
